Information Security Analyst

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Information Security Analyst - Exposure Management Lead to fill an open position with one of our clients in the financial services industry. This role will lead the coordination of urgent cybersecurity exposure events from initial intake through resolution, ensuring enterprise risks are assessed, tracked, and addressed efficiently. The ideal candidate will work across technical and business teams to drive remediation, manage escalations, and maintain clear visibility into active exposure events. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in reducing cybersecurity risk while improving enterprise response processes.

Responsibilities

\n

Lead active exposure events from intake through closure, coordinating exposure assessments, validation activities, response meetings, and stakeholder engagement.

\n

Track remediation and mitigation efforts across multiple teams, maintaining ownership assignments, action items, target dates, dependencies, and status updates.

\n

Maintain accurate response documentation and prepare concise updates covering exposure assessments, decisions, timelines, remediation progress, and closure evidence.

\n

Identify blockers and escalation needs, facilitate structured handoffs, and contribute to post-event reviews, playbooks, procedures, and response improvements.

\n

\n

The Ideal Candidate

\n

Experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, security operations, incident response coordination, technology risk, or a related field.

\n

Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex efforts involving multiple technical and business teams.

\n

Strong exposure risk and response coordination experience, with the ability to assess risk and drive appropriate response activities.

\n

Proven experience tracking issues, managing action plans, and driving accountability through resolution.

\n

Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to maintain clear situational awareness.

\n

Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility situations while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

\n

Experience with enterprise security tools, ticketing platforms, vulnerability response, zero-day response, cloud security, threat intelligence, or regulated industry environments is a plus; security certifications are also preferred.
