Job Description Job Description Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba, P.C. is a mid-sized regional law firm looking to add an Attorney to our team. We seek a detail-oriented and highly motivated Attorney with a strong background in tort litigation to join our Philadelphia office. You will have the opportunity to take case responsibility, work on meaningful legal matters, and be part of a supportive team. Job Description: Litigation and Counseling: Deposition, Arbitration/Mediation and Jury Trial experience preferred Client Interaction: Engage with clients to address their legal needs. Case Management: Handle cases from inception to resolution, including research, legal writing, and courtroom appearances. Attention to Detail: Manage a high volume of cases with precision and organization. Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels. Qualifications: Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania required Licensed to practice in West Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Delaware a plus Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism. Excellent legal research, writing and advocacy skills Work well under deadlines and in a fast paced- high-pressure environment Competence and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently Deposition and oral argument experience required Trial experience a plus.
