Job TitleIndustry: Real EstateWork Model: RemoteProject Duration: Full TimeSalary: 125k to 140k AnnualMust HavesDatabricks Platform: Manage and support Databricks workspaces, including platform administration, IAM/access, cluster policies, upgrades, governance, and ongoing platform support.Azure Data Platform: Work hands-on with Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Synapse, Azure Monitor, Key Vault, Log Analytics, Cosmos DB, and SQL Server while supporting the broader Azure data environment.Delta Lake & Performance: Strong expertise in Delta optimization, partitioning, Z-ordering, OPTIMIZE, VACUUM, small-file management, data skew, and Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).Unity Catalog & Governance: Design and maintain Unity Catalog and data governance across modern Databricks environments and legacy platforms, with strong IAM, security, access-control, and governance practices.Platform Optimization & Reliability: Drive cloud/Databricks cost optimization, observability, disaster recovery, infrastructure scaling, and platform improvements, while continuing to support existing data platforms and migration initiatives.BenefitsThis is a direct hire opportunity.
