Commercial Attorney (Integration)

A leading global semiconductor and technology company is seeking a senior commercial attorney to support post-signing integration work following a major acquisition. This role will focus on customer, distributor, and contractor-related agreements, including contract review, prioritization of key revenue-generating agreements, negotiation support, and pragmatic disposition strategy in a sign-to-close environment. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial contracting experience, sound business judgment, and the ability to operate independently while partnering closely with in-house leadership. This project starts ASAP, is approximately three months in duration, is fully remote, and requires 30–40 hours per week. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $120 and $125. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
