We're looking for a bright, outgoing people-person to be the face of our studio and help clients get the most out of their wellness routine. What you'll do
- Welcome clients, book appointments, handle checkout, and manage multiple phone lines
- Recommend enhancements like aromatherapy, hot stone, and cupping so clients can personalize their experience
- Explain our Wellness Membership Program and help interested clients join
- Help keep the studio running smoothly day to day
We don't do hard sells. There's no cost to join, members can cancel easily, and they can share their membership with family and friends. That said, you do need to be genuinely comfortable selling — many people have been burned by restrictive gym or spa memberships, so your job is to explain clearly why ours is different and answer their questions with confidence.
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of sales experience — upselling services or products, or selling memberships or subscriptions — is strongly preferred
- Confidence recommending services and explaining their value, always with the client's best interest first
- A team-oriented mindset and real comfort with technology
- Evening and weekend availability
- Ability to work at both our Rockville Centre and Bellmore studios
