About the Opportunity The Executive Officer role supports the Executive Director of Enterprise Transformation in driving our strategic and operational goals within the new strategic plan 2025 - 2030. This role ensures the Executive Director’s time, focus and communications are aligned to high-value outcomes across a large and complex transformation portfolio - including major capital works, M&As, and digital/ICT programs. As a trusted advisor and organiser, you’ll manage workflows, coordinate strategic deliverables, and ensure alignment with Lutheran Services’ values and mission. In this role you will Be technology literate and highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Project Dashboards Act with integrity, discretion and confidentiality Able to build effective relationships across the organisation Have proven experience in Executive Level Administration, Project Officer/Coordination Able to work autonomously, independently and proactively This role is based at Milton 4 days per week with 1 day work from home available.
