• Shift: Night, 3x12-Hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30)
• Hours per Week: 36 hours

• Licensure/Certifications: Ohio RN License, BLS, ACLS (required)
• Experience: 2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced cardiac intensive care to critically ill patients
• Monitor and manage complex hemodynamic and ventilator support including Swan-Ganz lines and balloon pumps
• Administer conscious sedation and manage IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document care in Epic and adhere to hospital protocols
• Float within units of equivalent or lower patient acuity as needed
• Support patients and families through critical and emotional needs

What You Need:

• Ohio RN license in good standing
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of cardiac ICU experience (preferred)
• Strong skills in IV starts, telemetry, vent management, and complex procedures
• Epic experience (required)
• Ability to work rotating holidays and weekends

This position is based at a reputable medical center in Columbus, Ohio, specializing in providing high-level cardiac care. The role involves working in a fast-paced, team-oriented ICU environment with a focus on critical cardiac patient management. The unit cares for complex cases involving balloon pumps, Swan-Ganz catheters, and sedated patients.
