The Opportunity This is a high-impact role designed for someone looking to transition from consulting into an operating environment where strategy directly drives outcomes. As Manager, Strategy & Corporate Development , you will report to the Director, Strategy & Corporate Development and work closely with the C-suite and department heads across the business. You will be at the center of the company’s most important priorities—shaping strategy, evaluating growth opportunities, and driving key initiatives forward. We are looking for a total of 2-4 years of recent job experience in a consulting role. This role offers direct exposure to executive decision-making and the opportunity to see your work implemented in real time, alongside leaders in the Strategy & Corporate Development Department who are former Bain consultants. This is a five-day, in-office role based in Houston, built for close collaboration and speed of execution.
