Your primary duties will include providing leadership and guidance to our nursing team, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Your expertise and passion for nursing will shine through in your ability to mentor and coach our team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.• Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring provision of high-quality patient care• Develop and implement policies and procedures in collaboration with the administrative team• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including licensure and certification• Mentor and coach nursing staff, promoting ongoing education and professional development• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes• Contribute to the development and implementation of the facility's strategic plan• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field• Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey• Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing administration or leadership role• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring staff• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams• Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities, with a focus on quality patient careAt Skilled Nursing Facility, we pride ourselves on our commitment to exceptional patient care and exceeding our residents' expectations.
