This is a full-time Car Sales Consultant position at Billion Hyundai in Iowa City, IA, emphasizing a fun, high-energy environment. The role features a guaranteed base salary plus volume bonuses, offers flexible Monday through Friday 8-5 scheduling with no weekends, and gives you access to a massive inventory of over 6,000 vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with massive energy and top-notch service.
• Approaching and assisting customers on the showroom floor or lot.
• Guiding customers through the sales process, including writing sales orders and handling paperwork.
• Tracking your stats, analyzing performance, and staying up to date on industry trends.
• Following up with past buyers to generate repeat and referral business.

We offer a stable income with a guaranteed base salary. Volume bonuses in addition to this base salary are also offered, as well as an annual bonus for all sales associates. No Earning Caps!
