We are currently seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Manager to join our dedicated sales and management team. Job Details Salary: From $90,000 to $175,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: Iowa City, IA 52246 Position Overview We are looking for a team-oriented Sales Manager who has strong leadership skills and a passion for the automotive industry. This role requires a motivated individual who can lead, develop, and energize our sales team to increase market share and profitability while providing outstanding customer service. Primary Responsibilities Train, develop, and motivate a professional sales force to achieve sales goals Create and implement effective sales processes for every transaction Ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales experience Oversee deal paperwork and data to ensure compliance with company standards Support other duties as assigned by the General Manager Working Hours This position requires flexibility, including availability to work weekends as necessary to meet business needs.

Job Requirement:Qualifications Proven success in automotive sales management or a minimum of three years of solid sales experience as a salesperson ready to transition to management Strong work ethic with the ability to manage and implement consistent sales processes Excellent leadership and team management skills Assertive and knowledgeable regarding dealership sales operations Results-driven, highly energized, and self-motivated individual Experience in finance management is a plus Used car buying and appraising experience is a plus Auto Manufacturer Master Sales and/or Management Certifications are a plus High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
