The primary function of this position is to work closely with hiring managers to provide them with the best talent to fill their staffing needs. This is a hands-on, fast paced, and highly visible position that requires innovation, professionalism and business acumen.This a hybrid opportunity and can be located in Reno, NV or Hunt Valley, MD.Responsibilities:• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source high-quality candidates. • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to enhance employer brand presence and attract top talent. • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate a smooth interview process. • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the ATS to track candidate progress. • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role. • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media). • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
