New Business Development Manager – Retail Display & Structural Packaging

United States (nationwide travel required)

I'm exclusively partnering with a well established manufacturer specializing in retail display, structural packaging, and high impact corrugated solutions for leading consumer brands. They work with major CPG companies and retailers to develop innovative point-of-purchase displays, retail ready packaging, merchandising solutions, and custom structural packaging programs that elevate the in store experience.

This is a true new-business role, focused on winning new retail programs and building relationships with brand owners, marketing teams, procurement, and packaging decision-makers across North America.

The position:

\n

\n
• Win new business across retail display, POP/POS, structural packaging, and retail-ready packaging
\n
• Develop relationships with major consumer brands, retailers, and CPG manufacturers
\n
• Sell bespoke, design-led packaging and display programs, not commodity corrugated
\n
• Target marketing, shopper marketing, packaging development, procurement, and supply chain stakeholders
\n
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with national accounts
\n
• Work closely with structural design, estimating, and manufacturing teams to deliver tailored solutions
\n
• Manage a national territory with regular travel
\n

What they're looking for:

\n

\n
• A proven hunter in POP/POS displays, retail display, structural packaging, or retail-ready packaging (must have)
\n
• Experience selling into major consumer brands and retail accounts (must have)
\n
• A track record of winning new programs with CPG, retail, beauty, personal care, food and beverage, or consumer goods customers (must have)
\n
• A background selling value-added, design-led packaging rather than commodity brown-box corrugated (must have)
\n
• Experience at firms such as Smurfit WestRock (Display), Menasha, Pratt Display, Great Northern, Georgia-Pacific Display, Vanguard Packaging, or similar is highly desirable
\n
• Comfortable owning a national territory and working autonomously
\n
