Position Overview Under minimal supervision, this position supports the day‑to‑day contract management requirements of the branch business, including all facets of the business from order entry to final job execution and receipt of customer payment. Job Duties and Responsibilities Ensure contracts are entered timely, accurately, and with proper documentation; issue customer invoices accordingly. Manage customer relationships, including compliance and timely issuance of credits. Handle purchase order requests and documentation for all subcontractor requirements for re‑rent, labor, and freight. Use the ERP system to report and manage contracts and invoicing efficiently and accurately. Use Infor reporting to monitor never bills and extensions. Coordinate with Sales and Operations on a regular schedule to review open contracts, their status, and discuss any relevant issues. Verify with the customer via email or phone that invoices have been received by the proper party or uploaded to the required customer portal. Provide customers with accurate reporting and documentation on behalf of Mobile Air for billing purposes. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Education and Skill Requirements Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Three to five years of relevant work experience preferred. Ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks, and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence. Experience and/or basic project accounting and financial principles desired. Proficient computer skills and experience with MS Office Suite or related software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in person; will be working with customers, Sales, Operations, Technicians, Finance, and other outside parties. Ability to work additional hours as needed during peak season.
