Key Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Previous experience providing therapy services in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of age-appropriate therapy modalities and interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans and track measurable goals
• Capacity to manage a caseload, maintain thorough documentation, and adapt to evolving needs

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and set therapy goals
• Design and deliver effective pediatric physical therapy sessions within the school environment
• Develop tailored intervention plans, adjusting as necessary based on student progress
• Work closely with educators to integrate therapy into academic curricula and support classroom participation
• Provide consultative support and education to teachers, families, and caregivers
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining clear and timely records
• Participate in student IEP meetings as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team
