You won't be inheriting someone else's playbook; you'll be writing your own.

What you'll own:

• The annual budget and rolling forecast models - assumptions, templates, timelines, version control
• The monthly financial performance package for finance leadership and executive review
• Variance analysis (actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods) that surfaces real risks and opportunities
• Kpis, dashboards, and reporting that leadership actually uses - plus the narratives and recommendations behind them

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field
• 4-7 years in fp&a, corporate finance (manufacturing, cpg, retail, etc.), insurance finance, or regulated financial services
• Advanced excel modeling and strong powerpoint / executive presentation skills
• A confident communicator who can partner across finance and non-finance teams alike

Nice to have:

Power bi / sql / erp experience; cpa, cfa, or mba.
