Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst Duties

As a Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst, you will:

1. Supervise and Direct Team Operations: Direct, plan, and assign the daily work of administrative personnel and contractors, adjusting priorities and workload based on task difficulty and employee capability.
2. Perform Personnel and Performance Management: Oversee staff performance, make selection and promotion decisions, hear grievances, execute disciplinary actions, and recommend awards or classification actions.
3. Oversee Program Administration and Training: Manage organizational resources and training needs, ensure cost-conscious and results-oriented operations, and actively administer the agency's Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program.
4. Serve as Enterprise Asset Management Subject Matter Expert: Act as the technical authority and Information Owner for enterprise asset management systems (e.g., Asset Suite, Sunflower, EAM) and key supply chain applications.
5. Lead Process Improvement and Internal Controls: Serve as project manager and program lead for developing, evaluating, and improving business controls, internal processes, data stewardship, and technology integration across the supply chain.
6. Provide Strategic Leadership and Stakeholder Advisory: Advise senior BPA management, present updates on supply chain system health to leadership, and maintain key working relationships across federal agencies, utilities, and industry partners.
