We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator with an interest in the hospitality to help drive our marketing efforts. In this role, you will develop and execute creative marketing strategies that align with our brand, support distributors, and engage with e-commerce merchants in the foodservice space. As part of our team, you’ll work directly with the sales team and key stakeholders to create impactful marketing materials, plan events, and drive new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and sales within the foodservice industry. Collaborate closely with the sales team to create and distribute high-impact marketing materials tailored to the needs of culinary professionals. Leverage your interest in the foodservice industry to craft compelling marketing content and materials that resonate with chefs, restaurant owners, and hospitality professionals. Plan and manage the company’s participation in key industry tradeshows, conferences, and events. Partner with distributors and e-commerce merchants to develop targeted campaigns and optimize the customer experience (UX) to align with our brand. Oversee social media content, corporate releases, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with our audience’s interests. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using insights to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and market behaviors to ensure our marketing efforts remain cutting-edge. Ensure that our website effectively communicates our brand story and is regularly updated with relevant content. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing roles within the foodservice, culinary, or CPG industries. Culinary arts or foodservice background is highly valued. Proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and website management. Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.). Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to challenges. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Why Join Us?
