Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate (Press Operator / Packager) Location: Canfield, OH Job Type: Full-Time (MondaySaturday) Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd We are hiring Entry-Level Manufacturing Associates to join our aluminum extrusion facility in Canfield, Ohio. This is a hands-on, team-based role working as a Press Operator or Packager, depending on production needs. No prior manufacturing experience required training provided for reliable, motivated candidates. Responsibilities Work in teams to load and unload aluminum parts on press equipment Package finished aluminum materials for shipment Tape, fold, seal, and stack boxes Clean scrap and maintain press and saw areas Assist with basic press maintenance (spraying, waxing, soaping) Read production schedules and follow work instructions Support quality and production flow Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Comfortable with repetitive tasks and handling light but longer materials Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed Reliable transportation required Physically able to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and varying temperatures Pre-employment drug screen required (THC not tested) Why Apply Entry-level role with training provided Multiple shifts available Stable, full-time hours Opportunity to learn and grow in manufacturing
