Assembler 1st Shift

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team on 1st shift. In this role, you will take completed fuel tanks and hydraulic reservoirs from our welding and powder coating departments and assemble them into finished products ready for shipment. Responsibilities

• Assemble fuel tanks and hydraulic reservoirs according to work orders and assembly instructions
• Install vents, fill necks, hoses, fittings, valves, and other accessories based on customer specifications
• Inspect completed assemblies for proper fit, functionality, and overall workmanship
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools safely and effectively
• Maintain production goals while ensuring quality standards are met
• Report quality concerns, missing parts, or production issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Qualifications Required

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools
• Ability to follow written work instructions and assembly procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented attitude

Preferred

• Previous assembly experience
• Manufacturing or production experience
• Mechanical, automotive, fabrication, or industrial experience
• Experience using air tools and measuring devices

Training will be provided for motivated candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude. Work Environment:

Pay & Benefits:

• $22.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience
