Pediatrician Needed

Type : Full-time (4 days/week) | Partnership Track Available About Us We are a well-established, single-site private practice with a diverse patient population serving Rochester and surrounding suburbs for over 25 years. Our team includes five physician partners who are supported by a long-term nurse practitioner, strong clinical and administrative staff, and an after-hours nurse triage service. With an upcoming physician retirement, this role offers an existing patient panel. The position involves no hospital/nursery rounding or delivery attendance. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive pediatric care from birth through adolescence. Manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and developmental screenings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Participate in weekly call rotation, occasional weekend and holiday coverage. Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatrics. Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New York. US Citizenship or permanent residence status. Excellent communication and people skills. Commitment to continuity of care and community engagement.
