Mission Operations Support Specialist (2026-0193)

We are actively hiring a Mission Operations Support Specialist with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Data and Systems Integration Division, working in Northern Virginia to provide Support and administer cyber security projects and Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities within the Sponsor's organization.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tasks shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Develop mission-focused strategic plans that capture existing capabilities and outline future capabilities and high-level dependencies. Create reports and briefings that easily and succinctly describe complex program information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Develop regular status reporting for leadership to share with senior executives across the Sponsor's partners. Develop mechanisms to share technical accomplishments and progress to non-technical audiences and mission stakeholders. Validate, document, and manage stakeholder expectations in concert with customer. Assist Sponsor managers with modifying or establishing processes to implement strategic plans. Aid in meeting facilitation and information sessions or conference planning. Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting. and tracking program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings. Compose and maintain correspondence documentation such as operating procedures and internal memorandums. Work independently and amongst a team with minimal supervision to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Familiarity with Hardware (primary), Systems, or Network Engineering in an intelligence collection environment. Levels: Senior – Bachelors + 8 years Degree substitutions permitted: 4 years in lieu of a Bachelors 6 years in lieu of a Masters TS/SCI with polygraph

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Familiarity with Sponsor systems, operations, and intelligence collection activities. The pay range for this position is $120,000-$140,000
