Express Employment Professionals is partnered with a respected law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its Employment Litigation practice. While employment law experience is a plus, strong litigation experience is the primary qualification for this role. This position may be based in Philadelphia, PA, Princeton, NJ, or Wilmington, DE.

Paralegal (Employment Litigation)

Locations: Philadelphia, PA | Princeton, NJ | Wilmington, DE

Position Overview

The Paralegal will provide critical support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing litigation matters in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation from case initiation through trial and resolution.
• Draft, review, file, and manage pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and manage discovery, including document collection, review, organization, and production.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Maintain case files, litigation calendars, and critical deadlines.
• Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors.
• Assist with witness and trial preparation, including exhibit management.
• Track case developments and ensure timely case support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience.
• Strong litigation experience required.
• Employment law experience preferred.
• Experience managing discovery and litigation document workflows.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Trial preparation experience.
• Familiarity with state and federal court procedures.
• Experience supporting employment-related litigation matters.

Compensation & Benefits

$70,000-$90,000 annually, and benefits package offered, commensurate with experience.
