Job Posting: Kitchen Manager - Midtown

We are currently seeking a diligent, methodical Kitchen Manager for our busy restaurant located in the heart of Midtown. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, able to implement standard processes across a broad range of functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Ordering and managing inventory
Scheduling kitchen staff
Controlling labor costs
Training and development of kitchen staff
Working closely with the General Manager to ensure a unified approach to restaurant management

The successful candidate will be expected to work between 45 to 50 hours a week. The role offers a competitive salary, with excellent room for growth and the opportunity for performance-related bonuses.
