Job Description

Molly's in Soulard is currently looking for a skilled and passionate Kitchen Manager / Chef to join our team before the bustling patio season. This demanding role is suited for someone who has mastered all kitchen stations in a fast-paced, high-volume, professional kitchen setting.

Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Back of the house assistance to the General Manager.
Management of all daily kitchen operations.
Supervision and management of kitchen staff.
Maintenance of the kitchen, including management of cost of goods.

The ideal candidate must be available during weekends, including Sunday brunch, and should be a team player who is dedicated to providing an excellent dining experience for our guests.
