Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries within a supportive environment, ensuring each assessment leads to individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a diversity of therapeutic techniques, such as exercise regimens, manual therapy, and modern rehabilitation technologies, aimed at alleviating pain and enhancing mobility.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment strategies that empower patients to achieve their therapeutic goals, thereby optimizing their physical capabilities.
• Monitor, document, and analyze patient progress meticulously to refine treatment protocols; make necessary adjustments and updates to reflect ongoing progress or changing conditions.
• Equip patients and their caregivers with assistive devices when necessary, and provide comprehensive training on their use to foster independence.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members, enhancing the continuum of care.
• Commit to continuous professional development by attending workshops, engaging with literature in the field, and participating in professional associations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly desirable.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.

• Proficiency in word processing and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

• CPR certification must be current.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
