Allied Care Solution Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Work Environment

The role is based in our onsite Rehabilitation Center located in Old Bridge, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and resources designed to enhance patient treatment experiences. You will work within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals who share a common goal of achieving optimal patient outcomes through innovative care practices. Your schedule is Monday through Friday, encompassing a full 40-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess functional abilities, physical impairments, and overall health status.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with physician recommendations and patient goals, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness and responsiveness to changes in patient status.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, fostering a welcoming and professional environment that enhances patient trust and comfort.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with healthcare professionals to maximize patient outcomes through integrated care approaches.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers regarding home exercises, injury prevention strategies, and post-discharge care.
• Utilize EMR systems for patient documentation and maintaining organized records of assessments and treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Allied Care Solution, you will work with a diverse array of patients, including those suffering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, pediatric challenges, and sports-related issues. Our patient-centric approach ensures that every individual receives personalized care tailored to their unique circumstances and rehabilitation journeys, enabling them to return to their daily activities and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• A current state license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms for patient management and documentation.
• A commitment to building rapport with patients to facilitate physical and emotional healing.

Preferred Experience

In addition to the fundamental qualifications, we prefer candidates who possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• State licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits
