Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions in both home and clinic settings.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans employing diverse techniques such as exercise, manual therapy, and advanced rehabilitation equipment.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in regular re-evaluations to redefine objectives and treatment approaches based on individual patient progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on appropriate exercises and the use of assistive devices to enhance recovery and functional independence.
• Stay updated on industry best practices through continuous professional development, including attending workshops and participating in relevant training programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapists work with a varied patient population, including children requiring developmental therapy, adults recovering from surgery, and seniors managing chronic pain or mobility challenges. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in computer applications including electronic medical records.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred, with state licensing as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• Current CPR Certification.

Compensation and Benefits
