Staffing Coordinator – Hudson Falls Area, NY
A healthcare facility in the Hudson Falls, NY area is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to support a dedicated long-term care environment while ensuring smooth operations for staff and residents.
DUTIES:
Creating Work Rotations & Schedules using Staffing Software
Tracking Open Positions for Recruitment
Answering Phones & Dealing with Callers
Managing timekeeper software
Ensuring Shifts are Fully Staffed
Tracking Attendance & Lateness
Processing mail and emails
Database Management
REQUIREMENTS:
Pleasant disposition and a positive attitude
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management & prioritization skills
Experience coordinating general office workflow activities such as the distribution of departmental mail, answering phones
Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn
