Role Description The Licensed Therapist will provide trauma-focused and holistic psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload, using modalities such as EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic approaches, and other evidence-based and integrative methods. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, delivering individual therapy sessions, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure client-centered care. The therapist will engage in ongoing professional development, participate in team meetings and case consultations, and integrate mind-body-spirit perspectives into treatment. This is a hybrid role based in Fallston, MD, with a combination of in-office sessions and telehealth work from home; schedule and availability are negotiated to allow meaningful autonomy while meeting client needs. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in holistic health and healing approaches, with a commitment to mind-body-spirit integration in clinical practice. Experience or training in alternative medicine or complementary therapies that support trauma recovery and emotional regulation. Knowledge or exposure to body-based modalities such as Shiatsu or similar somatic practices that enhance therapeutic work. Licensed Therapist (e.g., LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT, Psychologist) in the state of Maryland, or license-eligible with a clear plan to obtain licensure. Specialized training or strong interest in EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic therapy, IFS, neurofeedback, or other trauma-focused modalities. Ability to maintain ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care for clients with complex clinical presentations. Strong clinical documentation, time management, and organizational skills within a hybrid in-person/telehealth environment.
