Step in to resolve challenges and emergencies while maintaining a calm, person-centered approach. Plan and participate in recreational activities (yes, karaoke and game nights count!). Serve as a cheerleader and role model for both staff and the individuals you support. Build strong, positive relationships with individuals, families, staff, and the community.
