Commercial Strategy Lead

To support the retention and growth of major clients, the full-time Commercial Strategy Lead will develop commercial strategies and negotiate contract renewals while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Plan and assess renewal opportunities and client health to identify risks and opportunities Develop and lead the renewal strategy for US manufacturing clients, including contract analysis and negotiations Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure accurate and timely contract offers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field 5-8+ years of experience in commercial strategy, contract renewals, or client management within relevant industries Experience in leading contract negotiations and managing commercial discussions Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to develop actionable recommendations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
