This is a dynamic position that blends administrative precision with meaningful collaboration across departments.ResponsibilitiesAs our Insurance Coordinator, you'll be the go-to expert for keeping our insurance operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:Maintaining accurate records of company-insured vehicles and driversManaging property value documentation to ensure up-to-date coverageHandling requests for auto insurance cards and certificates of insuranceOrganizing and filing P&C insurance policies with care and accuracyTracking premium payments and ensuring timely invoicingStaying current with industry trends through continuing educationSupporting the Risk Analyst and Senior Manager of Insurance with various insurance-related tasksPitching in with other duties as needed — every day brings something new!We're seeking someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table:Associate's degree or equivalent work experienceAt least one year of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance field (preferred)Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business softwareFamiliar with office equipment like computers and scannersA proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and growWhy Join Us?This is more than just an administrative role — it's a chance to be part of a team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
