Receiving CoordinatorWe're hiring a Receiving Coordinator to support the movement, organization, and tracking of materials.This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable staying active throughout the day, and enjoys working with people. You do not need a college degree or years of warehouse experience. We're looking for someone with the right attitude who is willing to learn.What You'll DoReceive and process incoming packages, boxes, samples, and materialsScan and track items using established systems and proceduresOrganize and deliver materials to the appropriate departments and locationsWork directly with vendors, employees, and internal teams to help locate and coordinate materialsMaintain organized storage areas and ensure materials are easy to locateMove boxes, pallets, packaging materials, and other items throughout the facilityAssist with loading and organizing materials for outgoing shipmentsUse carts, dollies, and other equipment to safely move materialsHelp maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentAssist with cardboard, recycling, and other material disposalPerform other hands-on tasks as needed to support daily operationsWhat We're Looking ForStrong organizational skills and attention to detailDependable and comfortable working independentlyGood communication and customer service skillsComfortable interacting with vendors, employees, and internal teamsWillingness to learn new systems, processes, and equipmentAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfortable being on your feet and working in an active environmentAbility to lift and move materials up to approximately 50 pounds, with team lifting when appropriatePrevious warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or similar experience is helpful, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred; college degree not required
