Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or completion of an AAS degree from an SLPA program
• Active SLPA license or certification
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including during high-stress situations
• Commitment to supporting students with diverse communication and language needs
• Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites if required
• Ability to provide services strictly onsite (no virtual work available)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services as determined by student IEPs
• Work closely under the supervision of licensed SLPs to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Maintain thorough communication with staff, students, and parents
• Manage travel between assigned school sites throughout the day
• Document student progress and collaborate on treatment planning as part of a specialized educational team
