Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

$33–$36/hour

Maple Leaf HealthCare Center is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support residents throughout their rehabilitation journey. Work directly with a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.

What You'll Do

• Carry out individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a PT
• Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
• Assist with gait, balance, strength, endurance, and transfer activities
• Track resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire PTA license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
