The BDC Sales Agent will be responsible for contacting and communicating with potential customers to generate leads and drive sales for the dealership. This individual must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. • Initiate contact with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and online chat
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Provide information about products, features, and financing options to potential customers
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system
• Achieve monthly sales targets and goals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
