Front Desk Assistant

Front Desk Assistant Next Generation Management and Accounting Services is a professional property management and accounting company located in Sunrise, FL 33325. We are seeking a Full‑Time or Part‑Time Front Desk Assistant who thrives on challenges, delivers excellent customer service, and represents our company with professionalism. Pay Rate: $17 per hour Schedule: Full‑time: Monday – Friday 4:00PM – 12:30AM (40hrs/wk) Part‑time (Saturday & Sunday): 8:00AM – 4:30PM (16hrs/wk) Part‑time (Saturday & Sunday): 4:00PM – 12:30AM (16hrs/wk) Part‑time (Sunday & Monday): 12:00AM – 8:30AM (16hrs/wk) Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, vendors, and guests with association‑related questions, issues, or concerns. Answer, direct, and log all incoming calls. Schedule appointments and meetings as needed. Organize, maintain, scan, and label association files and documents. Update office databases and systems. Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. Draft, edit, and respond to emails and other correspondence or reports. Maintain a clean and organized desk workspace and front reception area. Retrieve NGMA mail from the mailbox, date‑stamp, and distribute it in a timely manner. Check, log, and respond to all voicemails daily. Review website registrations and “contact us” requests and either approve or respond to them daily. Read, note, and understand where to find association‑related information, documentation, projects, and issues to best assist with resident calls or requests. Perform any other tasks or projects assigned or directed by management. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office management certification is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in a front‑desk or administrative role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
