Exceptional Recruiting is seeking talented Medical Receptionist / Medical Appointment Scheduler!
Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 4:30pm
DIRECT HIRE - FULL TIME - FULL BENEFITS PLAN
Location: Sandy Springs
Busy Pediatrics clinic
NO traveling!
Pay range is $19-$24.00/hr
Responsibilities:
• Work proactively to identify and prioritize urgent calls/issues that must be escalated for immediate assistance while providing exceptional customer care
• Schedule patient appointments and cooperate effectively with teammates to ensure the best quality of compassionate care is provided efficiently and effectively to each patient and family regardless of socioeconomic and racial background
• Document all required information accurately into the EMR system
• Perform tasks proactively while working with urgency and deadlines
• Work effectively and efficiently with coworkers/supervisors to promote a positive work atmosphere and a cohesive team environment
Requirements:
• Must be able to multi-task, provide exceptional customer care, and have excellent computer skills with an ability to operate in multiple programs at one time while speaking on the phone and helping the people in front of you
• Familiarity with medical insurance, medical front office procedures, and must be willing to learn all front office roles to fill in as needed
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to problem solve effectively and efficiently
• Desire to learn, grow, and work in a position where you make a difference in people’s lives everyday
• Ability to learn quickly, document accurately, and thrive in a fast-paced demanding environment
