Sales Representative – Pro-Vision Painting & Home Improvement

Pay Range:  $100,000 – $200,000+ per year (100% Commission + Incentives)

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners, guide them through solutions for their projects, and help them confidently move forward with improvements to their homes. This role is designed for driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want the opportunity to build a high-income sales career.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners through company-provided, pre-qualified leads
• Guide customers through project solutions and estimates
• Manage the full sales process from consultation to signed agreement
• Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners
• Consistently follow the company sales process and training systems

Success in This Role Looks Like

• Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
• Maintaining strong close rates on company-provided leads
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience that leads to referrals and reviews

Required Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage schedule and appointments independently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or home improvement (not required)
• Strong goal orientation and competitive mindset
