Assistant Property Manager/Building Coordinator

Our client, a healthcare facility is seeking a temporary Building Coordinator for the corporate office.
- This is a 4-week temp job.
- The work schedule is Monday – Friday. 7:30am – 4pm.
- The pay rate is $17.00 per hour.
Job Summary:
As the Building Coordinator, you will partner with the Senior Property Manager as well with hospital departments to provide customer service to all customers (patients, visitors, employees, etc.).
You will also be responsible for providing customers with guidance and direction to the various modalities within the facility, educate and assist Tenants in reporting property management requests to the Call Center, notify building occupants of any building-wide activities, announcements, and shutdowns.
Experience
- Minimum of three years in a customer service setting, healthcare environment preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of building operations desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Patient relation/public contact experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Licensures/Certifications
Additional property management and administrative certifications preferred.
