Role Description:

• Salesforce Architect focused on AI-driven innovation within the EDGE Lead Management Platform,
• Leading the design and PoCs for intelligent features such as AI-assisted SMS and Omni-Channel engagement
• Advanced telephony enhancements and automated inbound and outbound customer interaction solutions.
• Need someone with custom integration experience and not like using integrators like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or anything else.
