Position Type Full-time Job Description Hendrickson Truck Suspension in Woodridge, IL is looking for a friendly, organized team member to lead our front desk and assist with essential HR tasks. Essential Functions Receptionist/Switchboard Accountabilities: Answers switchboard in a polite and professional manner. Greets and directs guests/visitors in a professional manner. Ability to utilize the automated front entrance visitor log-in system (Touch Screen TV). Mailroom administration to include outbound and inbound mailings and overnight shipping (i.e., UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL). Order office supplies. Maintain and update Employee Training and Education files per IATF16949 procedures. Assist other departments with clerical duties as needed. Other duties as assigned. Education and Training High School/GED required. Minimum Qualifications 3 years of switchboard/office experience required. Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook is a must. Physical Demands Frequent sitting and working at computer for extended periods of time. Environmental Conditions Office setting. Minimal exposure to R&D lab and manufacturing setting. Able to maintain highly confidential information. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $40,000-58,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, qualifications, and other job‑related criteria. This pay range is provided to ensure transparency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
