E-Commerce Customer & Product Specialist (Full-Time)

We are a fast-growing auto parts E-Commerce company based in Fullerton, CA, primarily operating on Amazon and eBay.
We are seeking a responsible and motivated E-Commerce Customer & Product Specialist to join our team. This role combines customer communication and online marketplace operations in a collaborative and positive work environment.
No prior automotive or E-Commerce experience is required — structured training will be provided.
Position Details
Full-Time
On-site (Fullerton, CA)
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
No weekends / No overtime
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer messages and email inquiries
Provide support related to orders and products
Communicate through Amazon and eBay seller accounts
Update and resolve customer cases
Conduct competitor research and price monitoring
Assist with team projects as needed
Qualifications
Strong English communication skills (required)
Authorized to work in the United States
Customer service or E-Commerce experience is a plus
Fast learner with a proactive attitude
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable communicating via written messages
Ideal Candidate
Enjoys written communication and online customer interaction
Interested in E-Commerce (Amazon / eBay)
Looking for a stable office schedule
