Data Entry Specialist / Administrative Specialist

Job Title: Data Entry Specialist / Administrative Specialist Location: Weston, FL(Onsite) Job Type: Contract Job Description Minimum Education: High School Diploma required. Associate's Degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum Experience/Training: Three to five years of administrative support, office, or related experience required. Experience using Workday and Microsoft 365 preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Working knowledge of general office practices and procedures. Ability to recognise the needs of the unit and exercise responsibility appropriately. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, spreadsheets, data analysis, and internet navigation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively represent the work area.
