Chef De Partie
Description of the role: The Chef de Partie at Fatboiz will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and directing of food preparation
- Help to produce high-quality dishes that meet the standards set by the head chef
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
