Job Title: Experienced Leasing Consultant – Residential Properties

Job Description:
Are you a dynamic and customer-focused leasing professional with residential leasing experience ? We are seeking experienced Leasing Consultants to join our team and help prospective residents find their perfect homes! This is an excellent opportunity to work with a top-tier property management company in the Denver Metro Area.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents and highlight community features.
• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including application processing and lease signing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, community amenities, and competitor offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Handle resident inquiries and assist in resolving concerns professionally.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE Residential Leasing Experience – Applicants without this experience will not be considered.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in leasing software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in property management is a plus.
