Facilities Coordinator

USD $25.00/Hr. – USD $28.00/Hr. Job in a Nutshell The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the successful communication and coordination of repair and maintenance requests for the retail and corporate locations of Natural Grocers. The position monitors and maintains work orders through a CMMS (ServiceChannel), tracks progress of repairs and follows through to completion, and maintains location notes and pertinent store information in the ServiceChannel platform. This position may be scheduled for evenings and weekend coverage and is fully on‑site; 100% of the time must be spent working from the SSC Golden office. Responsibilities Dispatch outside service vendors through ServiceChannel to address store maintenance issues Identify reported maintenance related emergencies and notify the Facilities Manager to ensure appropriate immediate action Provide work order status updates to stores for emergency and urgent maintenance calls Review and follow up on open work orders in ServiceChannel to ensure resolution and ticket closing Update store locations and related data in ServiceChannel as required Assist with training new store managers on the functions and use of the system Bid services for pricing and create work orders for external vendors as needed Identify and communicate recurring or failed R&M issues to the Facilities Manager Provide telephone and/or email assistance to stores for troubleshooting maintenance issues Collaborate with and assist store team members in delivering timely solutions while providing world class customer service to internal and external customers Maintain professional relations at all times in dealings with customers and vendors Participate in training sessions, and complete all required training assignments for Natural Grocers Perform related duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager, including distribution of supplies, maintaining inventory of supplies, and warehouse/office organizing Qualifications High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience is required Preferred 2 years of general office administration experience Warranty management knowledge and experience is preferred Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple incidents or projects simultaneously Strong time management and organizational skills Superior computer skills using Windows and Office including Excel Ability to prioritize and balance changing priorities with attention to detail Ability to understand service agreements and negotiate prices Strong communication and interpersonal customer service skills Strong skills in handling multiple assignments, deadlines, and high‑pressure situations Ability to adapt quickly to change Benefits Birthday Bonus Pay Vitamin Bucks (up to $2,080 earned as store credit annually) Holiday Pay for 5 holidays – store closed Paid Time Off (sick days and vacation) that increases with tenure Paid nutrition education Good4u Crew Member discount {N}power Program (customer appreciation and rewards program) Regular, scheduled pay increases Advancement opportunities and career development Health and wellness program Employee assistance program (EAP) Employee referral program Medical, dental and vision insurance Paid parental leave Paid medical leave (through company paid short‑term disability insurance) Company paid short‑term disability insurance Company paid life insurance Voluntary benefits including hospital indemnity, accident insurance, long‑term disability insurance, term life insurance Retirement savings plan (401k) with discretionary company match Healthcare and dependent care flexible spending account (FSA) Health savings account (HSA) with company match Diversity Statement At the heart of Natural Grocers’ commitment to our community and crew is the belief that all people should be empowered to experience health and wellbeing.
