Job Description
The Assistant Service Manager plays a vital role in overseeing a medium-sized team to ensure exceptional customer service and service quality. This position requires regular communication and negotiation with vendors and focuses on managing customer service and various mixed services without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 6-15 members to maintain high service standards
- Ensure consistent customer support and satisfaction
- Conduct service quality control to uphold company policies
- Engage in regular communication with vendors
- Participate in extensive vendor negotiations to optimize service delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in service management
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong team leadership skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Conflict resolution expertise
