Senior Fullstack Software EngineerAs a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at CMT, you'll design, build, and maintain scalable web applications that power our telematics platform. You'll work across the tech stack—from intuitive user interfaces to robust backend systems—solving complex problems in collaboration with product, design, and data teams. No matter your role, your work will matter at CMT.Responsibilities:Solve complex problems and transform them into business solutions in collaboration with team membersAnalyze and translate business and functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications suitable for implementationAble to independently transform complex technical requirements into smaller implementable pieces; able to implement performant software solutions that are maintainable, scalable, reliable and testableParticipate in code and design reviewsParticipate in the hiring processTrain and guide junior developers on proper software development procedures and methodsFollow company defined development and operational standards and processesProvide on-call support during business critical emergency scenarios.
